St Margarets PCC

 

St Margaret’s Church, Bethersden  has stood in the heart of the village for over 1,000 years overseeing weekly worship and helping people and their families at critical points in their lives. The aim of the Parochial Church Council (PCC) is to look after the financial affairs of the church, and the care and maintenance of the church fabric, to help ensure that it continues to do so, providing services. support, a sanctuary and meeting space for the community, for generations to come.

The Bethersden Garden Fete C

​

Bethersden itself has a long history of garden fete's raising money through the church for the local community,  In fact Bethersden holds claim to be one of the longest continually running garden fete's in the UK. 

​

Garden Fete's are different to village fetes as they are held in a private garden and are manned entirely by volunteers rather than having commerce stalls. The emphasis is on affordable family fun whilst raising much needed funds for the church.

​

Help us continue the tradition of classic family fun and come support the Fete this August.
