Volunteers
The success of the Fete rests solely on the contribution of volunteers giving up their time. You can make a contribution in one of the following three ways:
1) Stall Holders - Man a stall on the day which entails:

Helping to set up and take-down the stand

Encouraging participation

Collecting payments

Depositing all monies raised by stall with designated treasurer
2) Set Up & Take Down - Help with set up and take down including:

Erecting and dismantling the marquees
-
Moving materials between the church and Fete
-
Assisting with stall set-up where necessary
3) Raffle Ticket Sellers - From July sell raffle tickets:

Sign out books of tickets from Fete chairman
-
Sell to friends, family, neighbours, contacts at a £1 per ticket
-
Deposit monies with chairman
-
Prize for the person who sells the most tickets
